By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority where you live, or that you have the permission of a parent or guardian. You agree that the information you give us when ordering (including your name, email, shipping and billing details) is accurate and complete.

We do our best to show our products accurately, but colours and appearance can vary slightly between screens. Prices and product details may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

We may refuse or cancel any order, or limit quantities, at our discretion, for example if we suspect fraud or can't deliver to your location. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full.
4. Using FartPrank™
FartPrank™ is a novelty product made for harmless fun. Please prank responsibly: don't use it to harass or distress anyone, or anywhere its use is not allowed. You are responsible for how you use the product. Keep small parts away from young children.
5. Shipping and returns
Shipping, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to FartPrank or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
