Not laughing? You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. Return shipping is free: we'll email you a return label.
How to start a return
- Email myfartprank@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll reply with your return label and instructions.
- Pack the item with all its parts in the original packaging and send it back.
Items sent back without a return request first can't be accepted.
Condition of returns
Items must be returned in the same condition you received them, with all parts (speaker and remote) and the original packaging.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and, once the return is approved, place a new order.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you can cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason, without giving a justification. The item must be returned in the condition you received it, with its original packaging and proof of purchase.
